Mile 5.6: Meshanticut State Park, Rhode Island
Portions of the Burrilville, Kent, Narragansett Bay, and Providence 15 minute USGS quadrangles showing the suburban HP&F stations

This was another station I was only able to find by using the milage from River Point (MP11) as a guide
My GPS app data for when I had made it to Meshanticut Park
Of all the suburban Cranston stations, this was the one I felt the least confident about after my ride, until reading the Rhode Island State Parks' description of Meshanticut Park. They give the history of the park and its link historically to the railroad, but at the end point out that because the Washington Secondary Bike Path is in a cut at Meshanticut park, it is hard to enjoy the two public properties together. My best guess for the depot location is at the Dean St bridge, which I assume is the photo of the overpass I took at the same time as the screenshot of tracking data above.

On this page I've included several photos beween where I left off at Knightsville and where I'll pick up at Oak Lawn.
